The basket on the front holds some hand-carved mixing spoons I've found during my travels. The space between the bottom and top shelf is just right for olive oils and other taller bottles. Even the pre-drilled holes don’t align properly—stacking the 'wood' slabs reveals mismatched holes that should be identical. I had to force the frame apart, sand down the sides, and tap the tray into place just to make it fit. Once assembled, it does look decent… but would I recommend it? Absolutely not.
